| CANNYCOOL ("the Product") is sold with a 7-10 years warranty by the manufacturer against cracking, crazing, demetallizing, delaminating or color change when installed by an authorized CANNYCOOL dealer. The Warranty set forth is the manufacturer's sole warranty. The manufacturer specifically disclaims all other warranties of any kind inclusively, by the way of example, the implied warranty of fitness for particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability. In the event the product is found to be defective as covered under the warranty conditions, it will be fully replaced at no charge to the vehicle owner by a CANNYCOOL dealer. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to provide the vehicle at his/her expense to the facility of the authorized dealer. The warranty card and proof of purchase, showing the type of film and date of installation, must be presented to the CANNYCOOL dealer to receive warranty service. The CANNYCOOL warranty is not extended to secondary vehicle ownership and is not transferable to a third party. Your warranty rights may be affected by state laws (JPJ) concerning warranties by manufacturers. Tint installed illegally is not covered by warranty for any reason. It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure the film is in compliance with all state or provincial laws should vehicle registration location change at any time. |
